Cancellation Policy

To have a cancelation or rescheduling in place, with a full refund, please contact us within a 24-hour window of the scheduled date of your move. If no contact is made, we are subject to advance forward with any bookings that are booked with our team. If you are to make a late contact, we can coordinate a rescheduled time, but there will be a 25% deduction rate from the refund of the booking of your scheduled move.
